By accessing or subscribing to our software tools, digital workspace platform, or technical services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
1. Description of Services
AnchorTech Solutions LLC provides digital workflow automation software, managed digital workspace platforms, and technical dashboard solutions ("Services") to modern teams, businesses, and independent professionals.
2. User Accounts & Digital Delivery
- Account Responsibility: When you register an account or request platform access, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace login credentials.
- Automated Digital Delivery: Platform access credentials and workspace invitation details are delivered electronically via email immediately upon successful payment authorization.
- Non-Transferability: Subscriptions and platform access are assigned exclusively to the authorized user or purchasing team specified at checkout and may not be resold, rented, or sub-licensed without explicit written consent from AnchorTech Solutions LLC.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- Recurring Billing: Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, to charge your designated payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next renewal date through your account interface or by contacting
[email protected]. Access remains active through the paid billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services strictly for lawful business purposes. You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, compromise system security, or use the workspace tools for unauthorized data extraction or unlawful activities.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AnchorTech Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, service maintenance, or lost data.
